Abstract
Today, medical cards become the top sales insurance product since it is a need for financial security when admitted to hospital. However, the claiming process by using the conventional medical card is very slow and inefficient. The main objective of this project is to develop a web-base system of claiming process that utilize ICT and smart card which can make the claiming process faster, effective and efficient.
