Abstract
The activities taking place in the academic system at the RIMA College Johor Bahru consist of the managing of subject records, delivering lectures to students in class and evaluating students based on subject. There are a few flaws identified in the present system used such as the usage of manual filing in the management of subject records and also students’ subject registration records.
