Abstract
Basically, this report described about Building Preventive Maintenance System for,Harta Consult Sdn. Bhd. This project includes the building maintenance management that cost-effective. The main problems in this system focused on how difficult to control building maintenance activities at different location, none of detection process for preventive maintenance that effect maintenance expenditures planning.
