Abstract
The Internet has fast become the channel that allows companies to carry out business transactions. Business-to-Business(B2B) and Business-to-consumer (B2C) marketplaces provide an infrastructure for today's buyers and suppliers to come together on the Internet and carry out business transactions through a common yet simple browser interface. Being a part of major contributor to Malaysia's rapid economic growth, small Medium Industries(SMI) should take part in electronic commerce(e-commerce) solutions to remain competitive.
