Abstract
Rapid development of information technology in our country has influenced our culture and our way of life. Wide usage of internet also increased the implementation of information technology in our daily routine. The main purpose of this project is to apply information technology, maintain and develop data. Generally, this system helps the employees to manage meeting effectively using the technology we have, LAN(Local Area Network).
