Abstract
The project that I want to develop is an information system for estimating constructions project cost. The purpose in development of this project is to fulfill the condition to get a Degree in Computer Science and to fulfill the users requirements in developing this system. The problem that has been detected is the difficulty to estimate the early cost of constructions project that caused by manual system.
