Abstract
Sistem Penempahan Kenderaan UTM dan Makluman Berasaskan SMS is developed to solve the main problem that have been long resided in Pejabat Harta Bina that is, the delay of approval processing time and also bounded with inefficient tight procedures. The main purpose of developing this system is to speed up the UTM vehicle reservation application process by using a web-based system and also the utilization of Short Messaging System technology, to minimize the delay time and reducing the bureaucracy by implementing all the procedures electronically online.
