Abstract
Initially, Penjara Johor Bahru (PJB) implemented a conventional style of prisoners’ information management system where data redundancy occurs. It is obvious that the conventional system of PJB does not consolidate the existing information. In addition, PJB has yet to implement an online-based prisoners’ information management system locally.
