Abstract
Manual patient’s information management in some hospital is ineffective in a matter of storing and recording patient information. As an alternative, a web based system which implements smart card as patient’s health card has been proposed and developed. Besides having mobility feature it also equipped with security feature where by user identity identification using password is encrypted using SHA-1 cryptography technique to access information from database and smart card. The aim of the project is to make the registration process and saving the patient information easier and safer.
