Abstract
The first IQ testing in the world was introduced by a French psychologist named Alfred Binet in the year 1904. IQ means intelligence quotient that is used to measure individual intelligence whereby the testing by Benit among children for assumption what area they are capable of doing. In line with information technology development, IQ's testing not only one kind of formal testing on paper, but can also be adapted to a game form implemented on a portable device such as the Pocket PC.
