Abstract
Nowadays, the application process to polytechnic is still being handled manually. Some of the problem faced by the students are the difficulty of getting the application form and sending back the form during the fixed time. Besides that, some of the applications also might be rejected because of the course they are applying are not qualified with their SPM results.
