Abstract
The objective of this project is to design and develop a web-based application that can access legacy system using the object-oriented, clienVserver and internet technology. Three-tier client/server architecture will be used to implement this system because if its flexibility, scalability, adaptability and so on. Besides, Java programming language will be used to develop and web-enable the legacy system.
