Abstract
Lotus Notes software have a potential to provide an office automation system which is suitable for use in an administration transaction. An administration transaction includes the Meeting Affair System, Employee Information System and Document Transaction System. Therefore, the implementation of office automation system will produce a main problem that is graceless risk from internal or external user.
