Abstract
This study addresses the issue of efficiency in the operation of Panel Lab in FSKSM. The operation of Panel Lab is defined in terms of a computer operation process where resource in number of input that are used for producing operated output. Each process is evaluated in terms of technical and allocative efficiency, using Data Envelopment Analysis which is a non-parametric linear programming technique.
