Abstract
Web pages provide an unlimited source of information with no boundaries. Hence, a computer network needs optimum management for accessing web pages. This project will construct the software for web proxy that can fulfill this goal through the concept of one host as the intermediate machine for internal network and the Internet. The long time waiting to receive document from Internet will be solved with caching concept.
