Abstract
Academicals Burden Management is based on the Burden Report of Academicals. All activities done by lecturer will be recorded and updated through web whenever they want. It include all activities as a teachable, research, supervision, evaluation, administration, publication, consultancy, social service and provide courses. The purpose of this system is to improve lecturer's performance.
