Abstract
Our country is now abundant with miscellaneous modern technology. The modern technology referred to is telecommunications. Communication using telephone is simple, cheap and fast. In spite of moving towards modernization, our country has to face problems created by irresponsible citizen who abuse the technology for their own benefit. For example, stealing telephone lines.
