Abstract
The importance of IT in this era and the development of MSC are the main encouragements in the success of this research. The focus of this research is on the study of the impact of MSC's existence on the use of IT by the SMIs surrounding the MSC area. The government's commitment in developing MSC is to create opportunities to the country in fulfilling the demands of Information Technology era.
