Abstract
centralized Alarm Monitoring system (CAMS) project is developed to overcome the alarm monitoring problem, where there is no central system which can monitor the three telephony systems that is ALCATEL telephony system, NEAX telephony system and AXE telephony system. The purpose of this system developed is to simulate a communication network between three telephony systems and the central system where this system enable user to detect and monitor the alann easilv.
