Abstract
Web-based or on-line system tools are increasingly being developed with the advancement of information and communication technology. They are easily accessible and benefit the computer savvy society. To further embrace this technology trend, the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Career & Counseling Center's On-Line Resume System is being designed and developed, specifically to simplify resume administration of UTM's graduating students.
