Abstract
The advancement in wireless communication technology has enable carier to identify the geographical location of mobile phone subscriber which open up an attractive new services called location-based services. Leveraging this service,iTraffic is developed as an effort to avoid motorist in a metropolitan areas from being caught in traffic congestion.
