Abstract
E-sakinah is a homepage that is developed by Johor Government in purpose to give out information and latest issues. But this homepage is developed using static page HTML. Problems arise when using static web page. The problem is it could not support newest application as Short Message Service(SMS) that is using scripting technology to run it.
