Abstract
There are many boarding schools situated in various location throughout the country. Wide area network is required in order to connect all these boarding schools. Due to this factor, this project is focusing on the research on COINS Frame Relay Technology as a backbone for boarding schools primier network line and ISDN as a secondary network line. Project data were obtained from several schools.
