Dynamic Load Balancing In Distributed Computing Based On Global Plan

Abstract

Distributed computing is proved to be more effective than centralized computing because it supports data transaction among peer to peer computers. Load balancing need to be implemented in distributed computing to ensure resources are shared evenly for increased throughput. Load balancing is implemented in distributed computing to improve scalability, stability and functionality of load balancing.
