Abstract
The purpose of using smart card at cyber cafe in UTM is to replace the existing manual system. The smart card is also a student card that can be use at cyber cafe in UTM. Only UTM student can use this smart card. This smart card simulation was implemented to handle all process in cyber cafe such as computer usage, internet surfing, photocopying, scanning, binding and faxing.
