Abstract

Due to the increase awareness of the community towards the disabled people, the department of welfare is determined to improve its' services. This is also the effect of the 1994 Proclamation of Full Involvement And Equal Rights for the disabled. A community Rehabilitation Program was drawn out to achieve the department's mission.
