Abstract
Managing an athletics tournament is more of administration process which is important to ensure the tournament objectives successfully achieve. However the current existing management system is still manually carried out by certain individuals. This is one of the main reasons why the probability of technical problems occurring is high each time the athletics tournament is carried out.
