Abstract
The word 'portal' is a term, which in general is synonymous to a gateway for a Web site. Because it is one of Internet applications, it uses the client/server model and the TCPIP and HTTP protocols. The aim of the project is to develop the 'Department of Computer System and Communication Web Portal' or also can be shortly known as DOCSComWeP.
