Abstract
Based on the necessity of scheduling a meeting in an organization, various studies have been carried out to build a suitable meeting scheduling software.The manual meeting scheduling system at Faculty of Civil Engineering faces a few problems. The problems are as such the overlapping of meetings and daily schedules of the organization members.
