Abstract

Knowledge management is a process of organising, identifying and sharing knowledge, either it is tacit or explicit experience and expertise that typically resides within individuals in an organisation. Lost of knowledge and experience because of retirement, termination or transfer of officers in an organisation are such a loss to the organisation.
