The increasing of Internet usage in Malaysia brings a positive growth for the business of cyber cafe nationwide. It gives people convenience for Internet access with price rate. These really help an individual to gain useful information via the net. Nevertheless the cyber cafes' management has not yet achieved satisfactory level.
