Abstract
Promotion activities of MAA Assurance policy that been responsible by the MAA agent sometimes have problem in fulfiIIthe promotion task. Therefore, they need another technique to promote they policy. Beside that, insufficient agent, to promote MAA insurance policy also one of the problem.
