Abstract
An effective and efficient management of information system can help the organization to operate smoothly. So, the main purpose of this project is to develop Research Postgraduate Students Management Information System for Pejabat Pengajian Siswazah (PPS) at Fakulti Sains Komputer dan Sistem Maklumat (FSKSM), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). This project is developed due to the increasing number of postgraduate students whereas there is only a staff to in charge of managing the students.
