Abstract

Strategic Information System Planning (SISP) concept has been widely used since 1980. However, the adoption of the concept concept is still lacking especially-among small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs). The main problems that exist are the lack of technology and information system's usage, lack of ICT skills in ICT and also lack of a holistic information system planning which can guide computerization process in the long term.
